Massage
Workshop
Do-It-Yourself Massage for you and your climbing partner. Bring a partner for this one: your climbing buddy, friend, significant other or family member. $20 per twosome or $10 each. This is an opportunity to explore the anatomy of climbing through hands-on palpation and soft tissue massage techniques. We will explore common muscles that get overworked or overused in your daily climbing practice, learn to identify basic muscles, and practice partner and self-massage techniques keep you and your climbing partner injury free. Wear loose fitting clothing including a tank top to expose individual muscles better. Workshop 12:00 - 1:00pm, questions/discussion: 1:00 - 1:30 Saturday May 18th or Saturday June 1st.
Regular Massage Therapy
I'd like to begin with 2 sessions a month on Friday evenings from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. We'll see how this goes and I can be flexible if there is a better time or day of week. If this is popular, I can always add more time to my sessions or additional days. Here's a schedule I wrote up for the next few months: May - 10th and 24th, June - 7th and 21st, July - 12th and 26th. For compensation I'd like to ask for 15.00/hour, plus I'll suggest a $5 - $10 donation ( if someone can't afford it, I won't deny them ) from climbers. Each session will be around 10 minutes. I'd like to have a sign-up sheet for folks, so they can plan better. I am open to any suggestions from you for making this go as smoothly as possible!

Team Building
Successful groups understand the value of a strong team. They work hard at developing a cohesive group that understands each other and approaches obstacles with enthusiasm. At Boulders, we offer team building programs designed to help groups increase their trust in each other, learn how to solve problems together, improve their communication skills, and much more. Each experience is unique, but will typically involve experiential challenges that build in complexity and difficulty. All programs start with challenges on the ground, sometimes called low ropes elements. Additionally, there are options for challenges involving climbing or high ropes work, but that does not need to be the focus of the program.
Each program is custom designed to meet the specific needs of the group. Before we begin planning your program, we will talk with you about your needs and goals and what you want to get out of the experience. We then work with our experienced facilitators to develop a unique program that works for you.
We work with all types of groups ranging from corporate teams to youth organizations. These include:

- Corporate groups
- Non-profit organizations
- Government agencies
- Teachers
- University organizations
- College student
- Sport teams
- Youth groups
- Scouts
- Middle school or high school leadership groups
- And many more
Our Facilitators
Our facilitators are selected based on their experience, maturity, and leadership skills. We match facilitators to your group based on their strengths and your needs.
Costs
The costs for a custom teambuilding program will depend on the program length and number of participants. Contact us for more information about our program and to book your group.
